The NLand Surf Park team is hard at work getting ready for the upcoming year. That means recruiting season has begun and we want you to be the first to know!
NLand will be training new surf guide recruits February 17-21 at an off-site facility in Austin. If you or someone you know loves the water and is a swimmer, wakeboarder, water polo player, diver, SUP paddler, rower, lifeguard or, of course, surfer, please apply ASAP. Note: no surfing experience required, but you’ll be a natural on a board by the end of the season.

In addition to NLand’s surf guide opportunities, they have positions for surf coaches, guest ambassadors, plus cashiers and cooks in their scratch kitchen, Blue Prairie.
