Job Title- Team Administrator

Job responsibilities

  1. Support The Wave Team on a day-to-day level
  2. Assist financial controller with bookkeeping and data entry on Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  3. Update project plan and minuting bi-weekly project scrum meetings and chasing deliverables
  4. Assist in the recruitment process
  5. Help maintain office systems, including sorting data and filing on Office 365
  6. Arrange travel and accommodation and, occasionally, travel with the team to meetings
  7. Screen phone calls, inquiries, and request, and handle them when appropriate
  8. Organise and maintain diaries and make appointments
  9. Deal with incoming email and post, sometimes replying on behalf of the team
  10. Carry out background research to share with the team
  11. Help reproduce documents, papers, reports, and presentations
  12. Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
