Teaser version of Tim Snodgrass and Kevin Bradburn’s Psicobloc presentation at Surf Park Summit 2 on September 7, 2016. A brief outline of the current state of artificial climbing and how that relates to surf parks, and a discussion of opportunities for surf parks to subsidize their operating costs through climbing.
BIOS
Kevin Bradburn began working in the climbing industry in 1992 and has been involved with many aspects of the industry including climbing gyms, retail gear sales, adventure travel and event promotion since. He is co-owner Momentum Climbing, and Mountainworks, a retail climbing store in Utah. Mr. Bradburn has also been actively involved in the securitized real estate industry since 1994. His involvement with over $4 billion of real estate offerings brings a unique perspective to finding and analyzing locations for climbing opportunites. Mr. Bradburn holds a degree in Economics and FINRA Series 7, 22, 24, 63 and 89 licenses.
Tim Snodgrass, J.D. was an original investor in Momentum Climbing. He has been an avid surfer and waterman for over 40 years. Mr. Snodgrass is a serial entrepreneur and investor, and is involved in the financial services industry. Tim received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from San Diego State University in 1991 and a Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 1998. He is currently a candidate for an LLM in International Taxation and Financial Services from Thomas Jefferson expected in 2016. Mr. Snodgrass holds Series 22 and 63 securities licenses as a registered representative and a member of FINRA/SIPC.
