From Kelly Slater this morning, May 4th 2016
Here we go again…at the @kswaveco wave with @rissmoore10, @kanoaigarashi, @nat_young, myself and even @thewingnut having a blast trading barrels on the #FreakOfTechnology once more…I missed you my friend. This thing has got my mind boggled. Thanks to each of you for your feedback and helping us test the wave and improve our technology. Everyone’s approach blew my mind and the smiles said it all. This is #TheBestToyInTheWorld. @stephaniegilmore and @josh_kerr84 are here with me today and a couple other friends might make an entrance. Just starting to post some edits and show you guys what we’ve got in store for everybody. Stay tuned for more in the coming days. Thanks to everyone on my team for even making this possible. And keep in mind…this is version 1.0. I can only imagine where we are going with future versions. #SurfRanch (See Slater’s original Instagram post here)

“There is so much I want to say and tell. So many cool moments that make me smile just thinking about. I could write pages trying to describe the waves, the people, the place, the experience but I wouldn’t do it justice. It all seemed like a dream. #thankskelly and everyone apart of @kswaveco for making dreams come true. I am truly honored that I got to be apart of those special days at The Surf Ranch. Easily three of the coolest, most surreal days of my life. I will cherish it forever. @kellyslater @redbull@mayhemb3_mattbiolos @hurley @target@bananbowls @corepoweryoga@nikewomen @subaruhi“
Nat Young claiming “the longest barrel of my life for sure”…

From Kanoa Igarashi via Instagram:
“So stoked to be able to surf @kswaveco. It’ll be a day I’ll never forget for the rest of my life and can’t wait to see how the sport of surfing evolves with this new technology the team made. This was the first wave that I ever saw in person and I couldn’t believe the perfectness of the wave. #thankskelly for this opportunity to test your masterpiece, it’s going to get even better from here too guys!!!”
